6 Weeks to a New Landscape
At Priority Landscape, we believe great outdoor spaces start with a clear, comfortable process. From your first call to the final walkthrough, our team’s goal is to make landscaping feel simple, collaborative, and exciting. Here’s what our typical 6-week journey looks like!
Week 1: Initial Contact & Discovery
Most of our clients find us through our website, Google, or referrals from past clients. Once you reach out, Travis and Alyssa will call you to get a brief understanding of what your project may entail and discuss a time to meet with you.
Week 2: On-Site Meeting
Once on site, we will introduce ourselves and answer any questions you may have about us and our process! We’ll talk through your goals, budget, and how you want to use your outdoor space, while taking measurements and photos to guide the design along the way. At the end of the meeting, we will ask about your schedule and determine a presentation date.
Week 3: Design Phase
Our team gets to work creating a scaled landscape design tailored specifically to your property. Our designers focus on layouts that are functional, aesthetic, and easy to maintain while always keeping your vision front and center.
Week 4: Design Review & Revisions
With a presentation date already determined, we meet you on site again to present your custom design! This is your chance to ask questions, request adjustments, and fine-tune the details. Once revisions are complete and you’re confident in the plan, we move forward with commitment.
Week 5: Scheduling
Installation is scheduled, typically within a 3–5 week window from initial contact, depending on scope and season. We lock in dates, coordinate materials, and prepare everything needed for a smooth build!
Week 6: Installation & Enjoyment
Installation timelines vary per project, but we focus on efficiency and want you to be enjoying the outdoors ASAP! Our guys show up on time, treat your property with care, and keep communication clear throughout. Once finished, the crew lead (Antonio, Will, or Mitchell) will lead you through the completed project to answer any final questions you may have. This is a great time to make any minor adjustments at your request. Finally, we may ask you for a little help with some extra hand watering of the new plantings, but mostly all that’s left to do is to enjoy your new landscape!
At Priority Landscape, we’re proud to be a small company built on trust, craftsmanship, and relationships. Six weeks can truly transform your outdoor space, and we’d love to help make it happen!
